Together, we will look at what is coming up within your podcast, what your audience may need from you and how your ideas can become more focused and meaningful episodes.

Each month includes:

  • one 60-minute podcast strategy and planning call;

  • development of up to two upcoming podcast episodes;

  • two written episode outlines or conversation roadmaps;

  • support finding the central question and listener journey;

  • guidance around openings, key themes and meaningful closings;

  • title and episode-description direction;

  • access to a shared monthly planning document;

  • and one short email check-in between sessions.

Recommended commitment: three months, price is for 1 month.

Deeper support with planning, writing and interview preparation

This package is for the podcaster who wants more than monthly direction and would benefit from practical support developing the episodes themselves.

You may be publishing more consistently, balancing solo episodes with guest interviews or struggling to create enough space for the research and writing each episode deserves.

This partnership allows us to plan the wider direction together while also developing one episode more deeply each month.

Each month includes:

  • one 75-minute podcast strategy and planning call;

  • development of up to four upcoming podcast episodes;

  • written direction or outlines for up to four episodes;

  • one full solo podcast script or one complete guest research and interview brief;

  • support with podcast titles and SEO-aware episode descriptions;

  • one review of a draft script or recorded interview;

  • access to a shared podcast-planning space;

  • and light email support throughout the month.

This package is for the creator who wants a genuine development partner beside them throughout the month.

You may be building a podcast around your business, book, message or wider body of work and want each episode to feel connected to that vision.

You may also want support balancing the larger direction of the podcast with the detailed work involved in writing episodes, researching guests and developing your confidence as a host.

At this level, I become more closely involved in the creative development of the podcast while still ensuring that the final work reflects your voice, your audience and the conversations you are here to create.

Each month includes:

  • two private 60-minute podcast development calls;

  • monthly podcast strategy and audience review;

  • development of up to four upcoming episodes;

  • detailed episode outlines and listener journeys;

  • two full creative deliverables each month, which may include:

    • a complete solo podcast script;

    • a full guest research and interview brief;

    • or a combination of one of each;

  • podcast titles and SEO-aware episode descriptions;

  • review and feedback on up to two recorded interviews or draft episodes;

  • podcast host mentoring and interview-development support;

  • priority email support during business days;
